No orders are being shown with just a large red explanation mark being show on the orders page. I tired to contact support to ask but the bot says “live help isn’t available” how am I meant to run a business when I can’t see my orders and can’t contact support for help?

I have checked orders> all orders and they seems to be showing ok. There is some missing details on the summary part on the top of the overview page with a red exclamation mark. That is temporary and being worked on to resolve.
