It has been like this for a couple of weeks since they merged.They announced the merger in plenty of time, but obviously did not anticipate there would be so many technical issues with tracking updates not working and such.
We have had a couple of weeks of issues with buyers not understand, not caring and being rude too.
Why is there nothing happening from eBay in regard to this?
No announcements?
No seller protections?
No emails to messages to any eBay users at all explaining there are technical issues whilst they merge?
Just sellers getting the flack, when we are doing nothing wrong, again!!
