I cant see the action the CS agent took but they would have sent the concerns over the shipping team. I'll flag this with shipping but in general they dont reply directly so there wouldn't be an update the either the CS agent or I could come back to you with.
If I do get something I can share, I'll be sure to pass it back to you.
