Afternoon ,

when simple delivery came in eBay said that distance /seller location would be taken in to account when it came to dispatch times ? These two days is a stretch for many ,All my nearest drop points are letterboxes ,the nearest post office is one open  hour a week 3pm to 4pm ? so when will seller location be taken in to account regarding dispatch times ,(many a worse off than me !).
