It is of my understanding that if the listings are not in compliace, the listings may be hidden. However, to be completely honest, this is not really a regulation we created and we are not experts on these kind of regulations either. For further information on GPSR you can click here.

I was commenting something pretty similar to a different question on this just there, if the listing is not in compliance it may be hidden as far as we know. I know you will not be able to answer it as its way above the paygrade but are you able to ask whoever the lady was, I sadly cant find out who ran the GPSR session on the app but they will both know the lady they asked and find out prior to the 13th if eBay plan to hide automatically or hide only if requested as many people were in that session and now may believe what we were told by eBay staff.
