Sorry Kat, I don't mean to keep banging on about this,  yes I am frustrated, and  I don't understand why you are monitoring these accounts, if you buy or make to sell you should be registered as a business seller, yet there are many many accounts selling brand new products in multiple sizes, colours, variations, whatever, so what exactly are you monitoring for?

Its ok, I get the frustration. Monitoring includes actions being taken but again the action is not always visible.
