Customer Services wont remove the defects despite ebay saying they will.

However, the weekly chat as per the guidelines/rules of the chat is for you to ask us questions, so we can clarify any queries you may have, or tell you what's the best thing to do in any different scenario that you could share with us. However, we do not provide customer services over this channel.
Defects will only be removed under the protection programme, if they cannot be removed, maybe your transactions were not impacted, I cannot confirm this since we cannot see the orders in question. In order for you to get help, you'd need to contact customer services.
