I just tried to report a seller using your link above - when I hit 'submit' nothing happened. There was a flash of blue circle, then it stayed on the form with the 'submit' button still active.

Ignore! The seller had a different ID on the listing to the one shown on feedback. I corrected that and the report has now gone through!

Well, they are an unregistered business seller, so the only two appropriate actions would be they change to a business or their account is closed - both of which will be visible. So I look forward to seeing the result soon!
