I understand this is not ideal, but we work with a queue system, and we will provide you with an update as soon as possible. We haven't lost your case, and I still do follow ups on it, I just haven't had any updates yet. As advised before, once they update me on your case, I will let you know as soon as possible.

 

On the other hand, if you check, we do come back to everyones queries. This can be confirmed by checking previous chats, and sometimes we private message users directly, just like I did with you a couple of weeks ago. Again, I understand the waiting time is not ideal, but we will update you on it as soon as we can.
