We are also adding new benefits for business sellers which I'll include below.
- Enhanced seller protections: We’ve expanded the number of credits a seller can receive for the cost of postage if a buyer falsely claims that an item is not as described.
- Free 1:1 support with Seller Clinics: Eligible business sellers can now take advantage of free Seller Clinics for easy access to growth support. Simply book a phone call appointment and you’ll be paired with an expert marketplace advisor, who’ll provide personalised advice on any topics you’d like to discuss.
I would prefer all business selling on private accounts shut down, that would be more useful.
I think the changes are a great, hopefully more private sellers means more buyers, but how many of those buyers will be buying from businesses using private accounts that undercut the genuine business sellers?
Hi @krafty-kreations ,
This is a really valid point with the recent changes brought in. What I can advise at this stage is that eBay is monitoring private sellers accounts and will enhance on how they are doing this going forward. I know there is frustration when the results are not visible but they are being monitored.
Thank you,
Kat
