Hi noslek, I've just got an update on this for you.

The billing team has confirmed that if you offer 1-day postage or international postage options, in addition to cheaper options, we'll charge you final value fees on your cheapest domestic postage option. If you offer these as free postage, we won't charge you a fee on the postage, which is what happened with the orders you reported. They've clarified as well that if we were to take postage into consideration, then the final value fee would've been higher, which means that you would've received a lower amount in your payout.
