You can have 2 accounts if you wish, and your account won't have any problems as long as they are in compliance. The only thing is that you will need a different email address for each account. If you click here, you can see how to do it, and what you can do or can't do. Please note that you can't use more than one account for activity related to the same listing.

So as per your message above having two (or three or more) different accounts with the same business details selling the same items - would that be within the rules or would that be a violation?
