Hello,
My account was hacked and was used to post fraudulent gift cards. Because of this, Ebay decided to shut down my account. They also decided to punish me with fees to the sum of £75 on actions not commited by me.

Even if I wanted to pay back this amount, I cannot because my account is now closed. If that wasn't bad enough, Ebay is now sending me threatening e mails about debt collectors becoming involved if I do not pay.

I've been a good customer for 17 years and have now lost my account permanently because of this. This is causing me a great deal of worry and stress and I really wish they could just forgive the outstanding balance which was incurred on the actions of fraudsters (which supposedly had already been done during one of my calls to customer service).
