Hi, I face a massive problem and want to know if any of you have the same experience. I got a few negative feedbacks selling used electronic goods. First situation: The buyer claimed a return because the phone didn't turn on. He was disappointed and returned the phone, but the phone was in absolutely perfect working condition. I just pressed turn on and it turned on. I contacted the buyer to send it back because it's perfectly fine with a photo. The buyer didn't want to and he left negative feedback that affected my score.
Later was almost the same. The buyer wanted to get a charger, but the description stated no charger was included. I offered a refund, but he wanted to get extra money so I refused, and I got negative feedback. I reported the buyer but it still impacts my score.
Yesterday, a lady wanted to force me to give money back for a used tablet after the guarantee time and return period had expired. I did not accept it because when she got the item it was fully working, which she confirmed in a message. She bombarded me to get this return and at the end, I got negative feedback...
I have this feeling that this should be removed... if ebay remove and agree thats this violent policy why I should still be punished?
Hi 2swanz, thanks for your post.
We wouldn't be able to review this for you over here. However, you are more than welcome to contact customer support, so they can look into it for you. Alternatively, you can send your buyers a feedback revision request form to see if they'd be willing to change the feedback they left.
Thank you,
Marco
