I let down a customer this week that paid extra for next day delivery and I didn't notice so I sent it by standard postage and it arrived late. Thankfully for me they were understanding.

Could there maybe be a filter on the manage orders page that shows the customers who've paid for a faster service?

Thanks for the suggestion, its definitely a great idea. I'll send it to the Shipping Team and ask if its something that can be worked into the hub.
