It has been said that it was passed to the relevant team, but who is this team? Internal processes and team members information, is for internal use only. So, while I appreciate you would like to know more about this, we are not in a position to disclose team members information or internal processes. As Dave advised last week, "it's possible that the person you speak to might not be aware of the suggestions. You could be speaking to one of the ProTrader team or one of the specialist that might not be involved with the day to day running of their teams so they might not be aware of this side of things."
