How do I update my personal information (my actual name on eBay)? Please there must be an alternative way I don't want to know the usual method of "going on eBay website, settings, update personal information" because it doesn't work! I have done it a million times. It never saves. I have money that I've been waiting to receive after my sales. It's highly fustrating that such a simple thing is so hard to get round. I've tried with phones, laptop everything. I've tried to call but this company is the hardest to reach honestly. The Ai always ends up sending me a link to the eBay website settings to update information! Which I've said never ever works. There's other issues with the site such as constantly having to log on but it doesn't actually let you log in it keeps asking and asking. Come on guys please
