Hi there,
I need some advise. I am a seller, I sold an item on collection and now the seller is not happy with the item. They have already had a partial refund. They did not want to return the item. They could like to have a refund of 90% or for me to collect. What does eBay suggest?

Hi @spintex13, thanks for your post.
If the buyer is unhappy with the purchase, they would need to open the eBay case and, via the case you can both agree to a partial refund. If they're unhappy with the partial refund, they may return the item. You wouldn't be obliged to collect the item, but if the case is open for 'Item not as described' reason, you would need to facilitate the return.
Also, if the buyer is requesting a refund, but doesn't want to open the case or return the item, you may report them for buyer abuse here.
Thanks,
Anita
