We get loads of messages from customers asking for the postage to be upgraded once they have made a purchsase but we are unable to send them a invoice through eBay to facilitate their request.

 

2. Please allow us to flag messages in the "new message" system so that these can easily been seen. As you could do this with the old style message system but this new one doesn't allow flagging or mark unread for messages now.
