Please confirm if the shipping company has changed the policy.

 

Is it the description listing they are under now, since you changed them, that is the issue?

This can depend from time to time based on the type of item or category, it would also depend on sizes or weights, as you may know there are certain limits for the item to be eligible.

If you confirm the item number, I can take a look and get back to you here once I have an update.
