Hi springcleaners, thanks for your post.
You should be able to offer a partial refund if you go to:
- Returns dashboard.
- Select View return details beside the item.
- Select Offer a partial refund and then Continue.
- Enter the amount you wish to offer the buyer.
- You can choose to add a message to the buyer.
- Select Send offer.
