eBay tell me that our sales can be affected by stagnant listings.

Apparently once an item is for sale for more than 3 months / 90 days without a sale, that can affect the visibility of that item and potentially affect your other items too.

I have tried to find a way to download a report of items that have not had a sale in the last 90 days, so we can look at why they may not be selling, end and sell similar after some improvements have been made like adding item specifics, working on the price to try and make a better price, etc.

As I have looked and looked and cannot find a way to solve this riddle, if eBay want to quantify listings by this metric as stagnant, surely there must be a way to find these stagnant listings.

Can one of the eBay team tell me how to get a report of such that will show items without a sale for 90 days or more?
