This new experience has already started being rolled out on some accounts and will be gradually ramping up to others.  This is in a testing phase so images may not yet be displayed. It is allowing buyers to upload up to 5 images.  The ability to add a picture as part of feedback will be for buyers and not sellers.

It is being introduced to  provide a more comprehensive and visual representation of transaction experiences and to help potential customers make informed purchase decisions.  Showing product images can help to improve buyer trust and foster new and repeat customers.
