I have heard it so many times now that it is embarrasing for eBay. We are your customers. Are eBay going to start looking after us?
Technical issues are prioritised based on a number of factors such as the impact on the site and the number of accounts affected amongst others. This can sometimes give the impression that an issue is not being looked in to. This is not the case, all reports are reviewed and classified by severity. They are then placed in a queue to be actioned.
You can report any issues you have through he Technical Issues forum and we will post any updates on the issues there.
