i could easily stick the label to a empty envelope and post it and that would release the payment so there is zero security benefit here or customer given the buyer has provided positive feedback saying they’ve got it and happy.
frustrating but at least I learned there process offers additional insurance above the carries normal so everyday is a school day.
The buyer could open a case for item not as described using the envelope as evidence. They would almost certainly get a refund. It's a risky thing to do as feedback is irrelevant.
