Hi.

There seems to be a fault. eBay keeps saying "error occurred" when trying to get a QR code.

 This is the exact message on both desktop browser and iphone app. 

"It was not possible to generate the label. An issue occurred while generating your postage label. Please try again in a few moments."

I have tried the help assistant which was useless. 

How do we fix this? As I need to post this item today. Thanks!
