eBay won't produce QR code or label for scanning

Hi.

There seems to be a fault. eBay keeps saying "error occurred" when trying to get a QR code.

This is the exact message on both desktop browser and iphone app.

"It was not possible to generate the label. An issue occurred while generating your postage label. Please try again in a few moments."

I have tried the help assistant which was useless.

How do we fix this? As I need to post this item today. Thanks!

Royal Mail did experience an issue today with labels which seems to have been resolved for some users. Can you try again with your labels?

Thanks for your message. Yes, eventually eBay put up a notice instead of the blanket error message, that the fault was with Royal Mail specifically.

Anyway, all good now. 🙂
