If the same items are for sale by other sellers, but our item is taken out for the policy violation, then the system is not doing the job for making decisions and taking the item off, unless they are doing it for some other reasons.

 

Surely, the system should be checking out whether the decision for taking the items off are reasonable and right before doing so.   If not, and they are keep making mistakes or doing it randomly allowing the slippages then is it a working system?

 

Should the unfair cases like these not be forwarded or reported to the the higher manager or CEO for possible correction for the slippages?
