In that case, could it be reported by some other sellers who were listing the same item for getting rid of the competition?  If that is the case, then it is not fair or right.

We have registered everything correct, and have been with eBay for 20+ years.

eBay had done this exact same thing last year, and the item was on limbo for months without being able to end, when appealed, because they have not done anything, but keep taking out the listing fees for the suspended item.

This time, we just ended the item without appealing.  But feel very confused with what has happened.

The item had been bought from eBay originally, and many other sellers are listing and selling exactly the same set, but they don't get taken out.
