Is it just me or are ebay making it more difficult to talk to someone? No don't put the help link up unless you've tried it yourself. There has to be a specific line of conversation with the AI chat bot. To get a call back.. I've seen and tried the go to the bottom of the page but then get in a chat loop while the ai tries to find out what I want but with only 5 suggested items and none of them relevant to my enquiry.
Ebay service used to be great especially the concierge service but it's all gone Temu now with " computer says " idiots.

Our usual callback link has been removed. We're waiting to hear if this is permanent or a glitch.

I am a trusted seller on Ebay. Ebay suddenly changed something and I need to talk to a proper Ebay person. Ai just circles and circles into infinity. Where is the call back function Ebay had (and worked flawless)

Call Back option is having issues, as you no doubt have found out.
Some have had success when using the link below and using a phone.
Others have found if a bot is answering, to keep entering ' I wish to speak to an agent' you may need to do this several times before being passed over to a ' live agent'
Here's the link:

Thanks for your reply.
Tried it: Ebay-Ai doesn't even understand "I wish to speak to an agent"

Try 'human'. I think that worked for me in the past.
