I see you have an anchor store like myself not sure if you were affected but on the 13th / 14th March Items that relisted over that. Even though you have free listings were charged at £0.36 A listing, We had 40 2 000 listings and they put £15,000 charges on our account It's still not resolved May be worth checking your statement if you already noticed being affected. If you were affected have they credited you yet any info you could provide would be extremely helpful as I'm pulling my hair out literally with how awful eBay customer service is.

I have suffered from the same problem you have and it just seemed to come and go randomly ours hasn't been working for months and months now I don't even bother chasing eBay its pointless I just expect at some point it might start working again only to go off again the system seems to be just absolutely riddled with software defects.
