Would be good if they actually compensated us for the hassle maybe if we put a petition together anyone fancy it.

Yes I deleted old one .and have latest app working fine. Only took 2 months to sort out

Thanks for that but this doesn't make up for the money we have lost over the last couple of month due to this issue.

We have had no updates prior to this and we feel that some kind of compensation it required.

What is ebay going to do to make this right.

I understand where your coming on this, however eBay's policy is that we don't offer compensation when our services are interrupted.While we do everything possible to ensure they are working, unforeseen issues can arise from time to time. Some technical issues can be more complex and take time to resolve. I know this may be disappointing but should our service be interrupted, our User Agreement states that eBay is not liable for any loss arising from use of our site.

Total cop out the lack of communication or urgency has left many users thousands out of pocket at there not even willing to give us listing and final fees free for a month.
Dont care about there users who pay there wages.

Total accurate. All 1 sided. They will collect fees even if they don't provide the service you are paying for. Only option we have is pay up or leave the platform.i have had other issues in past .hundreds of pounds put of pocket .spent hours on phone to advisers.they will apologise but never refund . At least I don't need to buy any stock for a while as have hundred of items piling up I can now get listed .

im the same my listing dont show up in the correct catagory on the mobile app only the web site lost thousands of sales and ive made ebay aware for over 6 months now still no progress , its a app based problem and its falling on deaf ears
