I have been having some issues with ebay and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced these issues or can offer any advice.

Due to a customer complaint, we discovered that ebay is producing 2 different versions of some of our listings. One version is the one we have created, the other version is almost exactly the same except in the listing title it has something like "5 x " before the rest of the title even though the listing is just for a single product.

This has happened on more than one occasion and ebay support has been very unhelpful so far.

I have attached images of the two different versions of one of our products. It seems to happen when people find the product listing through google.

This is the same exact product and on the "5 x rolls" listing, if I click "see all details" it will take us to our actual listing.

I have actually just checked the link again now (https://www.ebay.co.uk/p/805224882) and now it is doing this on the listing of another business, Pattern Cameras!
