I’m also experiencing this issue. I’m a private seller and posted one item Tracked 48 over 48 hours ago and no update since ‘label created,’ although the parcel is now at the local delivery office. I spoke with a representative yesterday, but it was really rather pointless. I was assured that the information would most likely update within 48 hours from the point of marking the item as dispatched, but alas this has not happened. I am just about to contact them again to log the ongoing issue. The agent guaranteed that my account would not be penalised, but I’m not holding my breath! Hoping for a fix for everybody concerned as soon as possible. 

I should also add that my daughter purchased a few items on her account via Tracked 48 around three days ago and these were delivered yesterday, but tracking has not updated for them either.
