Dear Sir/Madam
Thank you for your email. As you can see the Delivery was not made to my address from DPD. 
They delivered to someone called Zarari. Which is unknown to me or my family.  I have checked with the neighbours and the images of the photo provided by DPD which does not identify my front door or my neighbours. My neighbour is an Pharmacy which does open until 8.30am and the delivery was made at 7.29am 
Please can you expedite this matter as I have not received the parcel.
