Ebay are aware, usually linked to outdated user device/software.

Clear cache & cookies, make sure device & browser are up to date.

If using Safari, switch to Chrome or firefox.

Hallo! Thanks for a prompt response!
Although I’m a fairly regular eBay user I’m a careful - even light internet user. I’m 86
I’m not digitally literate and don’t understand much of the jargon. Apologies!!! I darent touch things I’m not sure of for fear of losing my way. Re my problem- up to a couple of days ago all was Ok . Now - if I want to buy something and click on “ buy it now “- nothing happens ( the colour is pale blue ! )
Why am I blocked ?? R🙂

There do seem to be a lot of ebayers with problems like yours. 

Ebay update the site, but some older devices/Web browsers do not like the changes. 

You are not blocked.

 

Most browsers did automatic updates, but you can still do it manually. 

Ask a friend to help you.
