How many times have you had to claim for broken items from eBay?  It's rare to receive such a message concerning ' raised claim activity'  indicating perhaps an abuse of their 30 day MBG.

If they have blocked you from claiming because too many return cases have been made,  you'll need to turn to your payment provider for help with a refund.
