I recently bought something, this bit was fine, the delivery company left it on the floor outside a commercial building and it's vanished. I opened a case and eBay closed it as there was "proof of delivery" even though I told them a commercial estate floor is hardly secure. I haven't ever authorised "safe place" either. We have hundreds of vehicles passing everyday so it's not something I would accept. Not to mention it was the next day I got a delivery update and by the time I got there it's gone missing. 

I appealed and a whole 30 seconds later if was closed again. 

I contacted the seller to ask for help and the response was "nothing I can do" 

I really cross now, it seems I've not options and not item 

Poor show really. Any help or advise would be appreciated if anyone knows what I should do!
