I am a registered small business seller and when I generate ebay labels, sending untracked second class, they provide a tracking number. However, this does not show that the item has been dispatched even when it is scanned at the post office. I am so sick of buyers messaging me, asking why I haven't posted it yet, when I clearly state on all listings that I dispatch the same or next day. Why is there no longer an "item dispatched" in the drop down menu after selling an item? Do any other sellers have the same problem and if so how can I address this with Ebay? Many thanks, Diane.
