received damage item

Hello,

 

I received a glass pitcher that arrived damaged. The bottom glass piece was detached from the pitcher when I opened the package. I contacted the seller, British Heart Foundation, and sent photos of the damage, but I have not received a response.

 

I would like to open a case for an item that arrived damaged, but I am unable to do so. Could you please advise me on how to proceed and help me open a return and refund case?
