This is a known technical issue which was fixed but it seems only temporarily, as many are reporting this.

There is an issue with Safari,  the app is always fraught with issue and needing constant updates,  so if using those,  switch if you can to a laptop / PC and try Chrome that combo seems to work best with eBay.  Clearing cache and cookies helps too.

It is frustrating,  there's no doubting that,  but you are not alone.
