Even items that are lookalikes will infringe intellectual copyright, many sellers come unstuck with that one. There was a seller who bought some unbranded moustache combs from a Chinese site to resell on eBay, and found themselves with a bill from a US lawyer representing the brand who'd had their design copied. There was no mention of the original brand in the sellers listings, the item just unfortunately was a close copy of the branded item.
