There is no realistic way to do that.  EBay will not be interested or get involved.  There is absolutely no need to contact the seller or send him photos.

 

If you want a refund [and you should, in my view] then you must open a "not as described case" [provided you are within 30 days].  You do that from the purchase listing.  You attach one or more photos there but I doubt any human looks at them.  It is all pretty automatic.

 

The seller then sends a label and you return the item; seller then refunds.  

 

By eBay's rules you must use the system and return. No return = no refund I'm afraid. 

 

I note your reservations but you must use the system and not something arranged between yourself and seller
