I purchased a Hoover Junior vacuum cleaner, which the seller stated that it had been Pat Tested, when I  tried to use it the device was not picking up. Upon closer inspection I discovered that the motor section was congested with packed fluff and dust. ( see photo) as were the associated chambers to the dust bag.

Cleary this machine had never been tested and was a fire risk for a potential user.

Having contacted the supplier and sent supportive photos, they offered a refund, I replied that to return it would be difficult for me, also I have reservation of them selling it on to some other wary customer.

I have tried to bring this to the attention of E- Bay who do not seem to become involved.

Please can anyone advise me to  progress this complaint.
