Buyer failed to collect from InPost locker in time

I sold an item and the buyer generated delivery via InPost locker.  The item arrived, but was not collected in time, so has been returned to me.

I have contacted the buyer who would still like the item, but we are unable to work out how to arrange payment for redelivery. 

I cannot find any way to contact ebay and the FAQs only discuss non collection for in person collections.

Refund and Just relist to be bought again, but do not let buyer just repeat this, as you are going to be out of pocket for the first postage.

You have the item and the buyer's money, so this is the correct way forward now.

 

Cancel the order citing Problem with Buyer's Address.  This fully refunds the buyer and your seller performance is not affected.  You could also select the reason as ' Buyer Requests to Cancel' , but of course you need the buyer's agreement here.

 

You then relist the item for the buyer to buy and pay again.
