I have a buyer who wants to return an item bought from me using the Global Shipping Programme. The T&Cs state that the buyer returns the item with a label provided by Ebay. However, I keep getting messages from Ebay stating that I have to provide a returns label. It does not tell me where to return it. I cannot speak to anyone at Ebay to get clarification. can anyone help?
