Sign out of this account and in to the other one and you will be able to manage your offers

Is it just for this one item you are experiencing this,  have you had this issue with other offers?

I cannot give you an answer as to why this is happening,  but you could send the seller a message asking them if they could change the Buy it Now price to the offer price,  and try and buy it through the Buy it Now button.
