Hi all
I just got into this big problem thanks to the negligence of the seller......2 weeks ago i gathered about 40 items to buy and put offers on each. I asked the seller to check each item for the language since they were from Lithuania & the seller came back telling me that only 3 were not in English. I asked him to cancel them so that i buy the others. I bought the others ok & received them. Yesterday i tried to bid on an item and a pop up msg told me that i'm not allowed to purchase due that i have unpaid item strikes during the current month. It took me time to figure out which were these items and found out that those 3 games that i asked for cancellation, the seller didn't cancel them and for ebay, i was listed as i didn't pay for them and now i cannot neither bid, nor put up offers. I tried to contact ebay support butt it's leading me to an automated robot chat and i'm going round in circles. How can i contact ebay support? I have proof with chat screenshots between me and the seller stating that i told the seller to cancel.

Contact eBay Customer Services it's not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.
Use this link to contact CS, if you can try at 8 a.m. on a weekday morning also more chance there for Dublin to answer.

You can contact eBay on your phone only - not a laptop or PC. So view this link on your phone:
