I am writing this email to report multiple technical errors I have been facing on my eBay selling account for the past few days. Despite several attempts, I am unable to manage my business due to these persistent issues.
Specifically, I am encountering problems in the following areas:
Selling Page: When I try to list new items or upload photos, I receive a "Something went wrong" error message (screenshot attached).
Inbox/Messages: My messages are not loading properly, and I am unable to reply to potential buyers, which is affecting my seller performance.
Payment Page: The payment section is either showing an error or not displaying the transaction details correctly.
I have already tried clearing my browser cache and reinstalling the app, but the problem persists. These issues are significantly hindering my ability to sell and provide customer service.
