Hi there, can I please check if the condition of the product is also checked during the authentication guarantee? Product is supposed to be new without tags and seller does not accept returns? What happens if I receive it not as advertised? Or will eBay ascertain the condition as well as authenticity prior to sending over? Thanks

Yes, condition and claims in description are included:
If the authenticator confirms the item is consistent with the listing title, description, and images, they perform a physical authentication inspection. If the inspector cannot determine that the product is authentic, or if the product is not as described in the listing, the item won't be sent on to the buyer and they will receive their money back.
